Charlie is growing in independence and insists on doing things "all by myself." At preschool yesterday he dressed himself and put his jeans on backwards. His teachers thought it was so cute that they let him keep them on backwards all day. Before dinner today he did a fantastic poopoo in the potty all by himself. He proudly strutted back to the dinner table dressed like this.

LOVE IT!! I think it is cool both his teacher and you and Jason let him do it by himself and not insist on correcting him. Of course that won't always be permisable depending on where you are or where you are going, but that is the way he learns. You are doing an amazing job with very independent 3 yr. old.

So you think January is the best month to visit NZ? I can handle well those temps! Maybe on our next skype visit we can talk about that. I want Hugh to start thinking more seriously about it. I'm ready to come.
