Joga Bonito

Yes, Liam has made his dad very proud, for he has truly discovered..."The Beautiful Game".  He will not pick up the ball with his hands.  No, he only knows to dribble...and dribble...and dribble...that is the only proper thing to do with a ball.  Any ball for that matter.  Sure, we'll need to ensure he has a chance to practice his passing skills too, but right now it is fun to just see him take on a little of the Brasilian dribbling style with his light touches and quick reflexes, as he fades left and right...Well, okay, so maybe he currently looks more like a Linebacker instead of a Striker, but he'll soon loose his baby-fat and buddha belly...soon...just wait...you'll see ;)

Our friend Anna babysat Liam this afternoon, and apparently he went snooping in her bag and pulled out an orange...put it on the carpet...and... you guessed it...he started kicking it..just like a soccer ball.  Yes, anything round must be KICKED.  This is only proper.  Good job Liam.

    Absolutely LOVE this video!!! Cannot believe he is so good at dribbling and that he won't pick it up. Did he not try to eat the orange before kicking it around? Liam you are too much!! Of course he learned how from his older brother, didn't I hear Charlie say? :) Jason, I know you must be super excited.

    OH MY GOSH!!!!!! AMAZING! This is a video we will pull up again when Li Li is playing MLS! Aunt Ashley is so proud! haha Love you guys.
